Fine and dandy, but the letterer capitalized every single letter -- because that's how comics lettering is done -- which put that useless vertical bar between every squadjing letter in every balloon. As much as I apprec...I second your 'not approved'. As much as I appreciate the effort that Giffen put into Interlac it's not alanguage. It's a secret code. The one to one substitution of English letters annoyed me from the get go. If it truly were some sort of futuristic alphabet, it would have no C, K and S sounds being enough, and there would be separate characters for th, sh, and ch among other things.
